He is a technically skilled agricultural professional with 17 years working experience both in the private and public sectors of the horticulture industry backed by versatile administrative support skills. Mr. Tito has hands-on experience with keen attention to detail aimed at promoting 3R’s of sustainability and food safety standards. He is a dynamic leader instilling a shared sense of purpose in promoting vertical and horizontal chain linkages among value chain actors. Put simply, Mr. Tito is a facilitator of change focused on achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Mrs. Anne Gikonyo holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from University of Nairobi. She has over 15 years of professional experience in the Public sector in market linkage, policy formulation and trade negotiations for Netherlands, South Africa, Rwanda, Israel, Turkey and Ghana, in the horticulture sector.

She has also had over 10 years in the private sector in marketing and is a member of the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK).Anne’s notable achievements are; setting up of the 1st international flower show in Kenya, bringing in international exhibitors and buyers into the country and giving exposure and market linkage to small holder flower producers; committee member of Kenya Defence Forces food processing factory operationalization; committee member of the National Exports Development Strategy, development of the HCDA regulations (2011) and HCD regulations (2013).
